CEBU Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), a Cebu-based real estate developer, recently held the groundbreaking rites for its fourth vertical project—Park Centrale.
Investing some P800 million to this project, president and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III is optimistic on its first office building.
